Kamaroŭka , as well as commercial sellers on kamarouka.com, offer returns on most items within 30 days of receiving your order.

Please note that you must return each item in the same condition in which you received it. This means that new items must be returned new, unused and in their original packaging . Used items must not have any additional signs of use or damage.

The same exclusions apply to the money-back guarantee as to the right of withdrawal. Therefore, the following goods cannot be returned under the money-back guarantee (unless they are defective):

  • Goods that are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons and whose seal has been removed after delivery;
  • Goods which, by their nature, have been inseparably mixed with other products after delivery;
  • Audio or video recordings or computer software in sealed packaging if the seal has been removed after delivery;
  • Products manufactured to customer specifications or specially adapted to personal needs;
  • Products that may spoil quickly or whose expiration date will be exceeded quickly;
  • Services, if the supplier has provided them in full;
  • Newspapers, magazines or illustrated publications, excluding subscription contracts;
  • Alcoholic beverages which price was agreed upon at the time of the sale and purchase agreement, but which may be delivered after 30 days and whose current price depends on market fluctuations over which the seller has no influence.

You are responsible for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the return, beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

To use your right to withdraw from this contract, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or e-mail). If you use this option, we will immediately send you confirmation of receipt of such feedback via a reliable medium (e.g., email).

To meet the withdrawal period, it is sufficient for you to send your notification of using your right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

Kamaroŭka is committed to maintaining a marketplace that is fair to both buyers and sellers. To ensure safe returns, please package your item carefully and use a trackable shipping service with a signature. If your order contains valuable items, we recommend insuring the return for the value of the item and using a shipping service that requires a signature.

Do not return items sent by other marketplace sellers to Kamaroŭka.

We will refund the product once the return has been processed, within a maximum of 14 days and will confirm this by automated email. You will then be able to see the refund amount in your bank account or credit card statement within a maximum of 7 business days. Refund times may take longer in certain circumstances.

If the seller is a commercial seller and you were entitled to a refund (in accordance with the seller’s right of withdrawal or other return policies), the seller will refund you the purchase price, as well as shipping and return costs, in the following order:

If you use a personalized, prepaid return label and are not eligible for a refund of return shipping costs, the seller may deduct the return shipping costs from the amount of your refund.

Sellers are not obligated to refund or replace your order if you refuse to return the item. This rule applies unless otherwise agreed with the seller.

If you are returning an item that was originally shipped in a multiple-item package, the seller will cover the shipping costs on a pro-rata basis.

If the goods are defective, for example damaged or not as described, the statutory warranty rules apply. This rule applies regardless of whether the seller is a private or commercial seller.
