How is the game going?

Participants move around the circular field and turn to a deck of cards, which is determined by the sector. The cards contain concepts, definitions, questions and tasks. The player reads the material, shares his reaction and participates in the discussion, while the host helps to distinguish fact from myth and maintains an open, tactful atmosphere.

At the beginning, the group agrees on confidentiality, respectful language, and the right to skip the card. This supports open and respectful conversation, even about very personal issues.

The competitive outcome is secondary here: the main value is new knowledge, open conversation, and personal insights. The facilitator chooses the pace and decks to suit the group’s task and allows enough time for important questions.
